Overview
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Lots to do, minutes away from downtown Tahoe City, near-by lake access, shopping and dining. This fully updated and fully furnished condo has all you need for your Tahoe Adventure. The HOA offers summertime tennis courts, a summertime swimming pool and a year-round Hot Tub. The club house is temporarily closed due to Covid. This is not a short-term rental (minimum stay is 31 nights).

There is free, off street parking in the complex. You’ll find parking spaces a short walk from the front door.
Other things to note
Local laws require that guests keep the noise level down. Excessive noise that can be heard by neighbors would cause problems.
The upstairs queen bedroom is a Loft Bedroom so there is no door at the top of the stairway and only a half height wall separates the loft from the living room. Guests in the living room cannot see into the Loft Bedroom but sound is likely to transfer between the 2 spaces.
