This place worked really well for our family of four. There is a great space downstairs that is a studio + bedroom and bath in addition to the three beds and two baths upstairs. The streets getting to the house are quite steep so be cognizant of this if you are driving in the ice/snow.

A great getaway spot! Quiet location off the road but walking distance to the lake! All the amenities you'd want for a Tahoe vacation - close to lake, trailhead for hiking or mountain biking, hot tub, beautiful deck, and open kitchen/living area for socializing!
